Small Bird

I tried to figure out what kind of bird this is, but I am not really a bird expert. If you know, tell me. This was a hard shot due to the lightling conditions and angle. It didn't turn out as crisp as I wanted.

A pair of these birds had a nest hidden in the roof of the gazebo. It seemed as though they were watching me and not wanting to return to their nest until I left. I got the impression they were trying to guard their turf.

Now that it is warmer, I will make an effort to post more. Hopefully 3-4 a week.
